- Real-World Learning
The MIDAS Way
What if learning business meant actually doing business?
At MIDAS, the classroom is only the starting point. You work with real problems, real customers and real teams — turning ideas into something people can actually use, buy or believe in.

01 - Learn
Start from the problem, not the solution
Understand customers, markets and opportunities before jumping to solutions.

02 - Build
Make the idea tangible
Turn an idea into something tangible — from first concept
to prototype.

03 - Test
Let real people react to it
Put your idea in front of real people, listen and iterate.

04 - Grow
Strengthen what works
Refine your thinking, strengthen your venture and prepare for what comes next.
Your entrepreneurial path
Start something of your own. Or take something forward.
Entrepreneurship doesn’t look the same for everyone. At MIDAS, your journey can begin with a new idea or with a business that already has a story — and a future waiting to be built.

For aspiring founders
Build from zero
Have an idea you can’t stop thinking about? Turn it into something real — from finding the problem worth solving to building, testing and taking your first venture to market.

For family-business leaders
Build what's next
Growing up around a business gives you a head start. MIDAS helps you turn that experience into fresh ideas, stronger systems and new opportunities for the next chapter.
One Year. Real Work.
From "I have an idea" to "I built something"
A year at MIDAS isn’t divided into semesters and exams. It’s a progression from understanding yourself and the opportunity, to testing ideas, working with real people and building something that can stand on its own.
Understand
Know yourself. Know the opportunity.
Explore
Turn curiosity into an idea.
Build
Make the idea real.
Test
Let the market answer.
Launch & Grow
Build something that can keep going.
And you don't do it alone.
Coaches. Entrepreneurs. Industry experts. Your cohort.
Coaches & Mentors
People who've built businesses. Now helping you build yours.
One-to-one guidance from coaches, entrepreneurs and industry experts — not lectures to a large batch.
