To ensure that every student has a thorough understanding and practical knowledge before they kick start their entrepreneurial journey. The course is designed in 4 stages.
The first stage of the program helps each student to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for products/services through real time activities. This enables them to create entrepreneurial opportunities for themselves.
Modules Covered:
The next stage is a unique step of the course. Here the students are encouraged to understand their personality traits and strengths and understand whether the idea they have chosen is right for them or not,. Thus creating a viable business idea that fits their personality best.

The third stage encourages the students to go out in the market with their business ideas and interact with potential customers. Based on feedback they understand the need for their product and can rework on the product to make it better suited for the market needs.

This is the final phase of the program. Here students get an opportunity to pitch their business ideas to a panel of industry experts and investors. This is a chance for all the students to persuade potential investors about their business idea and what they plan for its future.

At ‘Unikraft Packaging’ we are determined to do our bit for the environment. Currently, we convert 8000 tons of recycled paper into boxes every year. We try avoiding plastic in packaging as much as possible. For every 10 tons we convert, we plant one tree every month to ensure a sustainable environment. At MIDAS, I learned some very valuable lessons about making optimum use of resources available, physical and otherwise. Rather than teaching by the book, our coaches gave us practical knowledge and training which I have been able to apply successfully in my business venture and have done well. MIDAS is definitely a stepping stone in the journey to entrepreneurship.

Mr Chirag Gulati has successfully been building a commune of entrepreneurs from all walks of life with his prolific and dynamic mindset. He has an extensive academic and entrepreneurial background and currently has three startup ventures under his belt. Mr, Chirag Gujarati has mentored students in the field of Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Strategy at renowned institutes like Independent College, Dublin, Ireland and AURO University, Surat. He has also been a visiting faculty at various prestigious institutions where he talks to students about startups and entrepreneurship.

Mr Rajasekharan is the CEO of Guru Management Consultant and has over 40 years of experience & expertise in his field. He has published a book on Competency Modelling and several papers on Strategic Staffing, Performance Management,etc. He teaches the students the techniques of management & strategy. He guides and helps the new generation to run and manage their startups in a planned method. He has brought cultural transformation in organisations and also has designed and delivered several senior leadership programmes.

Mrs. Shaheen Maniar is an experiential trainer - facilitator who has partnered with companies from various sectors like manufacturing companies Bharat Forge and Volkswagen, IT companies like Geometric and Wipro and financial institutes like Deutsche Bank and SBI Life. She has been conducting workshops for almost two decades now. She believes in constantly updating herself and has several certifications in her repertoire. She holds prominent certifications from Cambridge English, British Council and Junior Chamber International, Seattle, USA.
Storytelling for Entrepreneurs and Branding
Pramod Shankar is known for being a constant learner and a growth junkie. He has been in the field of creative communication and brand strategy for over 30 years. He is a coach, communicator, performer and creative consultant. He has a love for training people and combining that with creativity and visual orientation. Through his programs he nurtures personal and organizational growth, discovery and bonding. He is certified as an advanced communicator and leader by Toastmasters International. His creative spirit has led to become a published author,poet and photographer as well. He has published 2 books, held 2 photography exhibitions and is a poet and performer at The Rickshaw Muse

Any student with a graduate degree from an Indian or foreign university is eligible for admission.
This is a compulsory residential program and the college has a well-equipped residence and dining facility.
Focused on giving our students an environment to foster, the MIDAS campus offers a vibrant space that stimulates your development in and out of the classroom. The lush green campus offers a well equipped academic and residential environment to ensure the students have a smooth learning journey.
MIDAS is affiliated with Vishwakarma University, Pune.
The classes are conducted offline. it’s a full-time residential program.
MIDAS Campus is completely equipped for all your residential and academic requirements. In case of a lockdown or any situation that limits your movement outside campus, we will ensure a required bio bubble is created, and the program can continue running smoothly according to the state laws. With the facility for safe quarantine, we can ensure even the visiting coaches follow the set norms or adapt to a hybrid model of lecture delivery. While activities like industry visits and market visits will be hampered, we will ensure the learning doesn’t stop and plan online activities. More time will be allocated for the external activities later as the situation improves.
MIDAS is a COVID safe campus. Social distancing norms are required to be maintained all the time and wearing a mask is mandatory on campus.
Temperature check would be done twice a day.
Sanitisers are available at multiple locations on campus.
If the situation persists throughout the course, the institute will be forced to follow all the norms as applicable. If allowed, the first preference would be to create a bio bubble, make the campus COVID safe, and continue the delivery as planned. External visits would be however moved to an online delivery model.
If the bio bubble is not an option as per the state laws, the program delivery will be made hybrid
